Enhancing Staff Capacity in DRR and CCA
To strengthen CRSS’s capacity in delivering quality humanitarian interventions for vulnerable coastal communities, a three-day Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) training was organized in Kuakata for potential staff members.
CRSS prioritizes Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities in southern Bangladesh. Through community-based preparedness, climate-resilient livelihoods, awareness raising, and capacity-building initiatives, CRSS supports at-risk populations in adapting to climate impacts and reducing disaster-related vulnerabilities.
