A Multi-Stakeholder Consultation for Organizational Growth

CRSS facilitated a participatory strategic planning process to develop its five-year Strategic Plan. The event brought together project staff, NGO representatives, government officials, community leaders, faith leaders, teachers, and journalists. Through collaborative discussions and shared insights, participants contributed to defining CRSS’s strategic priorities, strengthening organizational effectiveness and guiding future development interventions.
